New TSR Version (5.9.14) launched
We’re very excited to let you know that we’ve just launched a new version of TSR, with version number 5.9.14.
The two major improvements in this version are:
Our developers have worked hard to improve the performance of TSR. You should be able to notice this when using the web interface (WebAdmin) as well as the TSR Outlook User Agent.
Support Log Files
When contacting our support team, they sometimes need to know different information about your settings. In the TSR Outlook User Agent we’ve made a function that makes it possible to collect this data (not including your password) and easily create an email that you can then send to our Support team when needed.
How To Get The New Version
Hosted clients: Your TSR WebAdmin has already been upgraded. To get the latest version of the TSR Outlook User Agent, please use the download link you also used to download the latest version.
If in doubt, please contact Support.
For on-premise clients, please contact us and we’ll send you the latest version.
We strongly recommend that you upgrade as soon as possible to the latest version.
