Compare Reported Hours with Min./Max. Benchmarks/Budget
When defining a project in TSR, you can also define what the maximum and minimum number of hours should be on the project, for example as a benchmark or budget.
When creating a report in TSR, you can select to include Projects under ‘Include Graphical Overview, and here select to compare with the minimum/maximum number of hours defined on the project.
This will then provide you with an easy overview, where you can see how many hours have been reported compared to what the minimum and maximum have been set to.
Green means that you’re within the limits set, and red means that you are out of the limits set.
