How to use the standard report instead of the old various reports

In the earlier version of TSR there were multiple reports to select from, where we now simply have a single report function to help with overview, and what you can actually do.

In the article below we’ll show how you can achieve more or less the same thing with the standard report as you could with the old multiple reports.

Old report – Compare Users

In the standard report: Select to include graphical reporting sorted by ‘User’.
You can also use ‘Split by user’.

Old report – Compare User Groups

In the standard report: Select to include graphical reporting sorted by ‘Usergroup’.

Old report – Compare Projects

In the standard report: Select to include graphical reporting sorted by ‘Projects’.
You can also use ‘Split by project’.
You may also use the ‘Sum/Day’ selection.

Old report – Compare Activities

In the standard report: Select to include graphical reporting sorted by ‘Activity’.
You can also use ‘Split by activity’.
You may also use the ‘Sum/Day’ selection.

Old report – User

In the standard report: Select to include graphical reporting sorted by ‘User’.
You can also use ‘Split by user’.

Old report – User Group

In the standard report: Select to include graphical reporting sorted by ‘Usergroup’.

Old report – Project Summary

In the standard report: Select to include graphical reporting sorted by ‘Projects’.
