This document is to help users who have created a project in TSR WebAdmin but are not able to see it in Outlook:

Step 1

Please make sure that your TSR Outlook User Agent is synchronizing and thus is retrieving data (including projects) from the TSR Server:

  1. Go to Outlook Add-Ins > TSR > Synchronize, then click on ‘Start synchronization’, and then click ‘Show details’.
  2. See if the above returns any errors, if so, there is an issue with your synchronization.
  3. If no errors are shown in the details above, please go to your Outlook appointment, and see if the project is now available. If not, please proceed to Step 2 below.

Step 2

Make sure that the project is set up correctly.

  1. Please make sure that you’ve followed the instructions here exactly – TSR Projects.
  2. Open the project in TSR WebAdmin.
  3. Make sure that you’ve filled out all the mandatory fields in the ‘Summary’ tab.
  4. Click on the UserGroup tab, and make sure that you’ve selected at least one user group, and also that you are in fact in that user group.
  5. Click on the Activity tab, and make sure that you’ve selected at least one activity here.
  6. Make sure that you’ve selected the above required information (UserGroup, Activity, etc.) and save the project.
  7. Go to Outlook Add-Ins > TSR > Synchronize, then click on ‘Start synchronization’. After it has finished, you should be able to see the project.
