Regular user permissions
If you want your users to be able to report time via Outlook, via web and also do reporting for their own time entries (but not their colleagues), then you should create a role for them and give them the following permissions:
Submit time entries via Web
- List TimeSheet
- Registry TimeSheet
- Matrix view (optional)
Reporting
- Standard Report Page
- Only Personal Reporting
