TSR add-in disabling after each Outlook restart

If you’re experiencing that the TSR Outlook add-in (and other add-ins as well) consistently disables after each Outlook restart, and you have to go to Outlook add-ins management and reactivate TSR, it may be caused by the way your Windows Registry is defined.
