Duration warning and limit on appointments

Duration warning

It’s possible to set a duration warning on appointments, so that if they exceed a certain number of hours, the user will be prompted with a warning.

To set the duration warning value, go to user settings, and find ‘Duration warning’ and set the value that you want.

Save your settings by clicking OK on the same page.

If a user now tries to save or submit an appointment which exceeds this value, a warning will be displayed.

Duration limit

If you check the box ‘Enforce’, this will limit users from creating appointments exceeding a certain duration.
